FedEx : FDX is a buy, as is UPS . “These are really good companies,” Cramer said.

Mad Money host Jim Cramer gives stock picks and pans on the fly.

Energizer Holdings : This maker of Energizer batteries and Schick razors “goes higher,” Cramer said. ENR is a buy.

Windstream : Cramer is bullish on WIN and its dividend yield. He also endorsed CenturyLink for its yield as well, but told viewers to stay away from Frontier Communications .

Chimera Investment : Don’t buy, Cramer said.

Intuitive Surgical : ISRG is a buy on any weakness, Cramer said.

Hewlett-Packard : Cramer said he can’t get behind this stock until the company names its new CEO.

Visa : Cramer thinks the US government’s attitude right now toward Visa and its peers is less than friendly, so he won’t recommend the stock.
