The software company was downgraded to neutral from buy at UBS. The firm was also cutting the price target to $30 from $45.

The technology company was upgraded to buy from hold at Deutsche Bank.


Sirona Dental
The manufacturer was downgraded to neutral from outperform at R.W. Baird.


Archer Daniels Midland

The agricultural company was hitting a new 52-week high and trading at levels not seen since July 2008.


The delivery service initiated buy at Sterne Agee with a price target of $105.
