Is Cisco’s Rebound for Real?

Cramer explains why it's important to do homework before making a move.

Cisco Systems took a beating late in the summer and into fall after post-quarter comments from the CEO. Not that they were all that bad, Cramer said, just “run-of-the-mill cautious comments.” But Wall Street didn’t care.

What exactly did John Chambers say on the Aug. 11 conference call? Only that demand trends were mixed. Not horrible. Not overly weak. Just mixed. Regardless, though, investors let loose on the stock and CSCO has been, as Cramer said, “in the penalty box” until very recently.

Now Cisco looks to be recovering. And under that tattered share price, Cramer thinks a strong company still lives. But is this turn real, or will CSCO once again hit a wall? He went “Off the Charts” on Tuesday to find out.

Watch the video for his full report.
