Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--We'll be watching as the miners in Chile come up from the mine where they've been trapped for 10 weeks. It's an amazing story and we'll be watching it every step of the way.

--We're also covering our core ... JP Morgan's earnings will give us a look at what to expect from the banking sector. The company saw its quarterly profits jump. Shares are up in the pre-market.

--We're getting a rare glimpse into what Fed Chief Ben Bernanke will say at a key speech Friday, and we're doing it by looking at speeches he made about Japan a decade ago.

--It's a big day for Wal-Mart this morning as the company meets with analysts.

--And full coverage of the mortgage mess, that includes an interview with Rep. Maxine Waters who has been calling for a moratorium on foreclosures for months. That's also the focus of our Street Poll, we want to know where you stand on the mortgage mess. Share your opinion and watch Squawk on the Street, starting at 9 a.m. ET sharp.
