Brian Kelly , founder of Kanundrum Capital, likes agriculture name Archer Daniels Midland after the EPA said it will allow the amount of ethanol in a gallon of gas to be increased to 15% percent from the current 10%.

Joe Terranova , chief market strategist of Virtus Investment Partners, thinks it's time to get back into Pepsico .

Karen Finerman , president of Metropolitan Capital Advisors, recommends protecting your portfolio with putsin the S&P.

"Rails are telling you that chemicals are strong," said Pete Najarian , co-founder of optionMONSTER.com, recommending DuPont .

'TRADING DAY FOR KIDS'

CNBC's Melissa Lee , host of "Fast Money", added that there's an important charity event happening on Wall Street Thursday. It's called 'Trading Day for Kids,' where investors can help Youth, Inc., a non-profit that aids underprivileged children. Investors are encouraged to send trades to Piper Jaffray. In turn, 100 percent of designated equity commissions will go directly to the charitable organization.
