Here's what's up on Thursday's Squawk on the Street:

--It's another big morning of quarterly reports. McDonald's, AT&T, Caterpillar, Travelers all reporting this morning, that's four Dow components and those numbers will move the markets. Eli Lilly also reporting and beating expectations this morning.

--We're also releasing a CNBC Exclusive survey, the All-America Economic survey. And we're presenting the numbers in a different way than you've ever seen before. It's worth watching. Think R2D2 and Princess Leah.

--Plus a brand new index on the cost of health care in America and meet a man with a vision so powerful he's creating a lot of much needed jobs, with yogurt.

--Our Street Poll asks who you blame for the stagnant American economy: Republicans, Democrats or Wall Street? Share your opinion and watch the show at 9am eastern, live from the New York Stock Exchange with Erin Burnett, Mark Haines and David Faber.
