What's On: Earnings, a New Survey and a New Health Care Costs Index

--It's another big morning of quarterly reports. McDonald's, AT&T, Caterpillar, Travelers all reporting this morning, that's four Dow components and those numbers will move the markets. Eli Lilly also reporting and beating expectations this morning.
