What's On: Big Earnings, Cotton and Bank of America

Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--A big day of earnings. Procter & Gamble reporting numbers. Shipper SeaSpan reporting, we have the CEO. Defense giant Northrop Grumman also releasing their quarterly report along with Comcast, Deutsche Bank, ConocoPhillips and Sprint Nextel to name a few.

--We're also debating whether Bank of America is a buy or sell after a rough several weeks and months for the stock.

--California is set to vote on a new law that would legalize marijuana. We'll show you which way the Golden State's leaning.

--We're also live from the cotton fields in Tennessee. The commodity is really on an amazing run, up 170 percent in two years.

--And our Street Poll asks if you think there should be a "New Deal" for Americans 50 and over. That segment of the population has been hit especially hard by the downturn. Share your opinion and watch the show at 9am eastern, live from the New York Stock Exchange with Erin Burnett, Mark Haines and David Faber.
