Citigroup : Citi is a buy, Cramer said.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Verizon Communications : Cramer is bullish on both VZ and AT&T .

VCA Antech : “Too hard,” Cramer said. Sell WOOF.

Taseko Mines : If you want to play minerals, Cramer said, then go with Freeport-McMoRan .

Akamai Technologies : Despite the Oppenheimer downgrade on Monday, Cramer thinks AKAM is still a buy.

Power Integerations :Baldor Electric is a better play, Cramer said.

El Paso : While there are cheap natural-gas stocks that aren’t at their 52-week high, Cramer still likes EP, especially now that this group looks to be turning around.

Wynn Resorts : Cramer endorsed Wynn, as well as Las Vegas Sands as plays on the casinos. He likes MGM Mirage as a speculative play as well.
