Tuesday, 16 Nov 2010 | 8:24 AM ET

Here's what's up on Tuesday's Squawk on the Street:

--Wal-Mart beats estimates and says it's fairly optimistic about the holiday shopping season.

--A key report on housing prices comes out this morning. We're looking at the housing market and homebuilders including Lennar, KB Homes and DR Horton.

--Also coming up, getting ready for the GM IPO. We have the owners of three GM dealerships to show us where they stand. They've all been offered shares in the initial public offering, but they didn't all say yes. See why.

--Also on the GM front, the new man with the message, the executive in charge of marketing. He came up with some great campaigns for Hyundai, now see what he's brewing up at GM.

Our Street Poll asks if you'd be more likely to buy a GM car now that they're going public. Share your opinion and watch the show at 9am eastern, live from the New York Stock Exchange with Erin Burnett, Mark Haines and David Faber.
