Pops & Drops: SanDisk, Novell

SanDisk (SNDK) popped 7%. Baird upgraded the company to ‘Outperform’ from ‘Neutral. - I expect the stock goes down from here, says Tim Seymour.

Novell (NVL) popped 7%. In a complex deal, Attachmate agreed to pay $6.10 a share to acquire the firm. - If you've got profits take them, says Brian Kelly.

Tyson (TSN) popped 6%. The company said it expects its fiscal 2011 sales to top Wall Street expectations and its current quarter to improve over last year. - I think we hear good things next quarter, says Stephen Williams.

Green Mountain (GMCR) popped 18%. The company announced that it would restate its financial statements from the last three years. Although that seems negative investors took it as a sign that the SEC inquiry into the company's financial statements may be close to a resolution. - I'd stay away, says Mike Khouw.

Cyberonics (CYBX) popped 10%. Although second-quarter profit fell 50% weakness was largely due to lower tax benefits; meanwhile the company also showed higher-than- expected revenue growth and and higher production. - We helped install this management team after a proxy fight, reveals Karen Finerman. I think they're doing a good job.
