Umpqua Holdings : The banks are in a house of pain right now, Cramer said, so investors need to steer clear of this group. At least until after the New Year when the end-of-year tax-loss selling is done for 2010.

Gannett : Sell GCI, Cramer said. He doesn’t think investors want to be in the newspaper business right now.

Visa : American Express is the better play in credit cards, Cramer said.
