Here's what's up on Tuesday's Squawk on the Street:

--Merck's new CEO. The stock's down 11 percent in a year, can the new man at the top turn it around?

--FedEx picked up a pretty significant upgrade yesterday, this morning we're look at the rest of the transports. On this final day of the month of November we're also checking on the best and worst sectors to see if they're about to flip flop. Plus special reports on the Diamonds of the Dow, the Qs and the S&P 500.

--GM'sCEO Dan Akerson is back on the big show as GM starts producing the Chevy Volt, we'll be live in Michigan.

--The Street Poll asks if you think the cap on the payroll tax for social security, which currently stands at $106,800 should be lifted?
