Medtronic : Cramer prefers Abbott Labs , which yields almost 4 percent and a good management team, too.

You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Frontier Communications : The "Mad Money" host likes this stock because it boasts an 8 percent dividend yield, the highest in the S&P 500 index.

Hewlett-Packard : There are a lot of technology stocks that are better than HPQ, Cramer said.

Madison Square Garden : It's time to take profits, Cramer said.

Oxford Industries : "I like these guys," Cramer said of the retail name.

LyondellBasell Industries : "That is an up stock like you wouldn't believe," Cramer said, adding that the stock could go to $35 a share.

Weatherford International : Cramer's charitable trust owns this stock, so he recommends taking some profits now.

Altria Group : Pull the trigger should this stock fall to $22 a share, Cramer said.

Siemens : The "Mad Money" host called this a "fabulous" stock.
