I wanted to share some interesting lists out on books you should read in this new year.

Fast Company's"Best Books for Business Owners 2010" includes "LIFE" by Keith Richards and one of my all-time favorites, "GOOD BOSS, BAD BOSS"by Robert I. Sutton.

The magazine says the list was put together by a panel including, journalist types, authors, executives and Jack Covert, founder of 800CEORead.com.

The folks over at the Daily Beast have a list of their "Most Anticipated Books Of 2011" including "HOW TO RUN THE WORLD: Charting a Course to the Next Renaissance" by Parag Khanna who has written a Guest Author Blog for Bullish on Booksthat will be published shortly.

And here's something fun from The Guardian - a list of The Best Boring Books by Robert McCrum who sets up his list by writing, "There are times when dullness is exactly what you want from a book."

Dull - but all classics including "FINNEGANS WAKE"by James Joyce and "CAPITAL" by Karl Marx, and as McCrum notes, "I would not part with them for anything."
