Pops & Drops: Disney and Starbucks

With the first week of trading in 2011 on the books, the "Fast Money" traders on Friday examined what they thought to be some of the biggest market movers:

POPS (stocks that went higher)

Disney (DIS) popped 5%: Shares surging this week after news broke that Shanghai will begin building infrastructure to support China’s first Disney theme park. Virtus Investment Partners' Joe Terranova agrees with Goldman Sachs that the stock could reach the $45 level.

Starbucks (SBUX) popped 2%: Shares finished higher this week, as the coffee giant announced it would lose the word 'coffee' and simply go with the mermaid logo. In Kaminsky's Call, a blog written daily by Gary Kaminsky, the contributing editor explains why this is a strategy for global growth — read the story here.

EmergingMoney.com's Tim Seymour agreed with Kaminskky.
