What's On: Citigroup, Mid-Caps and Off-the-Radar Stocks

Here's what's up on Tuesday's Squawk on the Street:

--Citigroup reports quarterly numbers. Wall Street will react. The numbers will also say a lot about the health of the big banks so tune in for that.

--We're also talking about a mid-cap rally and its sustainability. Mid-cappers hit an intra-day high Friday.

--Plus, why you need to pay attention to these three off the radar stocks: Pioneer Natural, Ritchie Brothers and ParkerHannafin.

--And we'll have key housing data.
