Here's what's up on Thursday's Squawk on the Street:

--Earnings from Morgan Stanley, Freeport-McMoran, Johnson Controls and Union Pacific. It's a great and broad look at the corporate health of the U.S.A. See where we stand as we move into the thick of earnings season.

--Plus the CEO of Dole, as in the head pineapple. His company has a lot to think about right now from rising costs to rising food prices. Also a special look inside natural gas producer Chesapeake Energy. This company is changing its strategy a bit, we'll find out all about it.

--Also Thursday morning, some pretty interesting analysis on who's predicting Apple's movement better, Wall Street pros or bloggers.

--Then there's a study about how happy, or unhappy America's executives are. That's also the focus of our Street Poll, we want to know if you think your boss is happy? Share your opinion, and watch Squawk on the Street, live from the New York Stock Exchange, 9am.
