Cramer goes one on one with Bryan Jordan, First Horizon National CEO and discusses the bank's business strategy.

"How do you tell the difference between a company with a broken stock and a company that's just plain broken?" Cramer asked Friday. "How long should you wait for a turn around to happen?"
