Cramer drills down on where oil could be, with Larry Nichols, Devon Energy co-founder/executive chairman.

One of the great themes of 2011, Cramer said Friday, could be the global energy shortage.

To play it, Cramer suggests companies that have the most production growth, but also have costs under control. He likes Devon Energy , a stock that's up 30 percent since he interviewed CEO Larry Nichols in October. Cramer thinks this company has "terrific" growth potential in the coming year, but to learn more about where it's headed, he invited Nichols back on "Mad Money." Check out his full interview by watching the video.
