Lightning Round: Hudson City Bancorp, MIPS Technology, Chipotle and More

Chart Industries : Cramer said he wanted to do more research on Chart Industries before making a call.

Hudson City Bancorp : While HCBK reported a disappointing quarter, Cramer told viewers to hold onto the stock.

MIPS Technology : Cramer expected better earnings from MIPS, he said, but regardless he thinks the stock is still a buy. He likes the company and thinks there’s a chance it could catch a takeover bid.

Chipotle : Cramer said Chipotle was a “terrific long-term story,” and he urged viewers to stick with it. He thinks the best way to play it is with deep-in-the-money calls.

Hartford Financial : Cramer said he’d rather see investors in Prudential Financial. He called it “cheaper and steadier than Hartford.”

When this story published, Cramer’s charitable trust owned Prudential Financial.
