With Transports Lagging, Is Dow Theory At Work?

The S&P 500 index has been climbing. The Dow has been on the rise. The Nasdaq has been going up, too.

But the transports, Cramer said Tuesday, have underperformed.

When the industrials rally without the transports, Dow theory suggest something is wrong and in the least, the move is suspect. Cramer doesn't subscribe to Dow theory, but he is concerned about the transports lagging behind.
