You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

NXP Semiconductors : Cramer recommended QualcommSkyworks as better communication semi options.

Salesforce.com : "Everybody's selling it. I'm not selling it, I'm a buyer," Cramer said.

Regions Financial: "I think it's fine," Cramer said, adding that he also likes Huntington Bancshares and Citi.

Nike : "I'm a buyer," Cramer said.

Nvidia : Nvidia is done, Cramer said. "The money's been made," he said.
