Here's what's up on Tuesday's Squawk on the Street:

--The CEO of Hewlett PackardLeo Apotheker. It will be his first television interview. We're talking about the future of the company and his vision, along with his outlook for the sector at-large.

--We also have the CEO of Knight Capital. He'll give us his insight on investing, flash crash fixes and more.

--We're also looking at Japanese component makers and the companies that could be affected, positively or negatively. We're talking about stocks like SanDisk, Advanced Micro Devices and Micron.
