Japan Nuclear Crisis Creates Opportunities?

When the market goes into panic mode, investors should take a step back and reassess.

Despite the escalating nuclear crisis in Japan, Cramer on Tuesday said there are still opportunities in this market.

The "Mad Money" host recommends looking for stocks that are down, even though they deserve to go higher. To identify potential opportunities, Cramer went "Off the Charts" with Dan Fitzpatrick, a highly regarded technician on Wall Street. The two analyzed the charts of the Japanese nikkei, oil and a possible Japan energy play.
