Cramer: Radiation Concerns Could Boost This Company

Japanese military helicopters and fire trucks continued their efforts Thursday to avert catastrophe at an overheating nuclear facility, but radiation has already become a major concern in many surrounding areas.

That's going to mean lots of ongoing work for companies that test radiation levels, Mad Money's Jim Cramer said on Thursday's Stop Trading!

"There's going to be radiation testing for food, water in Japan. Thermo Fisher does that, but the one that's most levered that I think it could really move the needle for is PerkinElmer."

It's a company that is already doing "extraordinarily well" that could see significant gains from the Japan nuclear crisis, Cramer said. The company does diagnostic testing of water and food and they're already in China, Cramer added, so "they're naturals to do it, so I bet they get a fair share of business. In the interim, again, if they don't the business is doing incredibly well."
