Today, All About the Yen

Well, the G7 jumped in big time. They banded together in a rare joint action to corrall the runaway yen, hoping to calm markets after a wild week following Japan's tragic troubles. Check out the news story on the action here.

A lot of back room negotiating went into the deal. You can read about those details here.

Will it work? Short term yes, but long term, maybe not, according to one analyst.

We'll do more updates on the yen's travails. And it will be a major topic of discussion on tonight's show.
