AT&T's plans to acquire Deutsche Telekom's T-Mobile USA is "fabulous" for Apple, Cramer said Monday.

Stop Trading: AT&T
Mad Money host Jim Cramer provides his view on the day's market activity and where things might be headed.

After all, the merger would allow T-Mobile's 34 million customers to now buy Apple's iPhone, a product currently available only on AT&T and Verizon Wireless networks.

The deal would also bolster the strength of AT&T's network. By acquiring T-Mobile's towers, Cramer think AT&T would have enough infrastructure to handle increased demand for videos and data from devices, like the iPhone. AT&T is currently the No. 2 U.S. mobile provider, but this deal would bump Verizon from the top spot.

Cramer called AT&T's plan "brilliant." Regulatory approve is now the only thing setting the company back.

"It's game, set, match if they get it," Cramer said. "It's very hard for the other companies other than Verizon to finance. Principal competitor Sprint will have a very difficult fundraising capability."
