Alcoa : Cramer called this one of his favorite stocks. He thinks it could benefit from the Japanese rebuilding.

Mad Money host Jim Cramer provides callers advice on whether to buy or sell a particular stock.

Spectrum Pharmaceutical : This is a good speculative play, Cramer said. Being as it's at its highs, he would take profits, though.

Universal Displays : The "Mad Money" host likes this company and thinks PANL can be bought.

Pfizer : This pharmaceutical giant could go higher, Cramer said. Still, he would rather invest in Celgene .

Rubicon Minerals : Cramer admits he's missed a few calls on this stock.

Merck : This company is "dead money," Cramer said. Don't buy.

American Capital Agency : This REIT pays a 19.9 percent dividend yield, but Cramer doesn't know how they pay that, so he will pass on the stock.

Health Care REIT : This stock is core to any good portfolio, Cramer said. Buy, buy, buy.
