Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--A key number on jobs in the United States. We'll have it first along with immediate market reaction. Plus we'll hear from one man who hires people for a living — to see what he's saying about the state of jobs in the United States.

--As we near the end of Q1 we're looking at the big caps, stocks like Bank of America, Citigroup, Home Depot, Microsoft and Apple.

--Also on the big show, will top sectors flip-flop with bottom sectors? Then there's the big jump for AK Steel. Are the steel sector stocks right for you right now?

--We also have the CEO of Elizabeth Arden and get results from Family Dollar.

--The Street Poll asks what you think needs to happen for Americans to get back in the stock market. Share your opinion. It all starts at 9am sharp.
