Stocks to Watch: Pfizer, Oracle, Badger Meter and More ...

Stocks struggled for direction Monday as investors waited for direction from Federal Reserve speakers at the start of a week which will see central bank policy decisions take center stage.So which individual stocks are worth watching today?

The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose about 10 points after stocks started the second quarter solidly, closing higher on Friday amid optimism over a recovery in the labor market after data showed a drop in unemployment.

Here are six that are on the move:

Pfizer
The drug manufacturer was trading higher after striking a deal to sell its Capsugel unit, the world's largest maker of hard capsules, to private equity firm KKR for $2.38 billion.

Badger Meter
The electronics manufacturer was downgraded to neutral from buy at Sterne Agee.

Oracle
The software company was trading at levels not seen since January, 2001.

NYSE Euronext
The financial market operator was downgraded to market perform from outperform at Wells Fargo.

SunTrust Banks
The financial services holding company was upgraded to neutral from sell at Janney Capital.

Big Lots
Shares of the discount retailer hit another big milestone Monday morning, trading at levels not seen since April, 1998, with shares up more than 40 percent this year.
