Cramer: This Oil ETF Is 'Toxic'

Tuesday, 26 Apr 2011 | 7:02 PM ET
What's Wrong With the USO?
Mad Money host Jim Cramer explains the dangers of the U.S. Oil Fund.

United States Oil is among the "most toxic" exchange-traded funds today, Cramer said Tuesday.

The USO tracks the price of West Texas Intermediate Crude oil. While oil is up 34 percent in the last 12 months, the USO is up by less then 10 percent. Even with skyrocketing gas prices, the USO didn't even keep pace with the S&P 500, which is up 10.8 percent in the last year.

So what's wrong with the USO? To find out, Cramer went "Off the Charts." Watch the video to see what the technicals say about this ETF.
