Citigroup : While Cramer likes CEO Vikram Pandit, he does not like any bank stocks at this time.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

“Our government does not like the way banks do business in this country,” Cramer complained. "The headwinds from the government remain way, way too difficult."

American Capital : This asset management name is “way too risky for me,” Cramer said. If he had to own a money manager, he would go with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts .
