Activist shareholder Evelyn Davis planted a kiss on Goldman Sachs CEO Lloyd Blankfein at the firm's annual shareholder meeting, according to people at the meeting.

"Don't faint because of what I'm about to tell you-you're not a bad looking guy," Evelyn Davis apparently told Blankfein. However, she then asked him to resign.

Davis, 81, is known for her outspoken criticism of Blankfein and Goldman Sachs. "Every day there is a new scandal there," Davis said in an interview with The New York Times.

At the firm's 2010 annual meeting Davis also called for Blankfein to step down.
