Here's what's up on Thursday's Squawk on the Street:

--Big oil's biggest CEOs go before the Senate Finance Committee: ExxonMobil, Conoco-Phillips, BP, Chevron and Royal Dutch Shell will have to explain why they should get billions in tax breaks while they earn trillions.

Should big oil still get big tax breaks? Share your opinion.

--Kohl's reports. We'll take a special look at the sector after Macy's big report.

--Also on the big show, the CEO of Symantec. This company's been very busy after a recent wave of hack attacks.

--Plus a key new number on the state of American housing and key data sure to move the markets. Jobless claims, inflation data and retail sales.
