Here's what's up on Thursday's Squawk on the Street:

--Big oil's biggest CEOs go before the Senate Finance Committee: ExxonMobil, Conoco-Phillips, BP, Chevron and Royal Dutch Shell will have to explain why they should get billions in tax breaks while they earn trillions.

Should big oil still get big tax breaks? Share your opinion.

--Kohl's reports. We'll take a special look at the sector after Macy's big report.
