“Denver is a young city,” Sperling said. “It’s two big things are it’s young and it’s green,” Sperling said.

There’s a lot to do outdoors, with the Rocky Mountains right there, and the city has a great public-transportation system. It’s also got a decent indie culture and there are jobs available.
