Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--The CEO of B&G Foods on how commodity prices are impacting his stock.

--It is Widely Held Wednesday and that means we're talking about the biggest of the big cappers. On the list: Citigroup, Bank of America, Caterpillar, Microsoft and Home Depot.

--We're also talking about the cell phone industry in the wake of a new report from the World Health Organization saying cell phones could cause cancer. We'll see how it impacts Nokia, Apple, Verizon and AT&T.

--The Street Poll asks if you're at all nervous about your cell phone giving you cancer? Share your opinion.
