Lightning Round: National Grid, Macy's, SPDR Gold Shares and More

National Grid : Cramer likes this "very high-yielding utility." The company has also made a series of acquisitions he likes very much, and he wants to stick by NGG.

Macy's : The "Mad Money" host likes Macy's but the stock has had a big run and the market is quite choppy. He thinks you may be able to use the market to buy the stock more cheaply.

Oncothyreon : This biopharmaceutical company is developing a cancer vaccine, and Cramer likes vaccines. But he cautioned this is a speculative play. "I always endorse speculative cancer plays because I'm hopeful."

Six Flags Entertainment : Cramer prefers amusement park owner and operator Cedar Fair.

SPDR Gold Trust : People have to accept the fact that gold is going to come down a little because of "dis-inflation," Cramer said. He suggests waiting until GLD goes to $140 and then buy more. And remember, he said, gold is a currency not a commodity.

Sprint Nextel : Cramer is bullish on this wireless communications company.

Caribou Coffee : Cramer wants to do more research and will address this next week.
