Market Pro Reveals His Top 2 Plays

With stocks ending higher for a second day, Cramer on Tuesday said it's time to pay attention to people who have consistently been right lately.

A highly regarded technician on Wall Street, Alan Farley has recently gotten several calls right. Cramer looked at Farley's latest calls going forward. First, he thinks the U.S. dollar is bottoming. Second, he recommends investors buy the Russell 2000 Index , which represents 2,000 of the smallest capitalization stocks that trade in the U.S. After all, this index tends to outperform when the dollar is strong because it cuts into profits of larger companies with big, international operations.

To examine more closely Farley's calls, Cramer went "Off the Charts." Watch the videoto see his full report.
