----------

B&G Foods
The food producer was downgraded to neutral from overweight at Piper Jaffray.

----------

Green Dot Corp
The consumer finance firm was upgraded to neutral from sell at Janney Capital.

-----------

Baidu
The internet company was trading lower, despite being initiated a buy at Collins Stewart with a $185 price target.

-----------

Cooper Industries
The electronics company was initiated buy at MKM Partners with a $70 price target.

----------
