Here's what's up on Wednesday's Squawk on the Street:

--Ben Bernanke testifies before the House Financial Services Committee on the state of the economy. We'll follow his comments very closely and show you how they're moving the biggest of the big caps... stocks like Caterpillar, Home Depot, General Electric, Microsoft and Apple.

--Bank stocks have been a cause for concern recently. We're following Bank of America, Citigroup and JP Morgan.

--Also on our radar: News Corp. in the wake of the big scandal involving Rupert Murdoch's media empire. That's also the focus of today's Street Poll: Murdoch is in the fight of his life as British regulators close in over the hacking scandal. Murdoch's media empire is under fire after one of his London based newspapers was caught hacking into the voicemail accounts of the subjects of several stories. But Murdoch's media creation is now a global media empire worth billions of dollars. Today, we want to know what you think about Murdoch: Is he a villain or a hero? Share your opinion.
