Stocks to Watch: Kroger, Coach, Autodesk and More...

The Dow opened lower Friday after Caterpillar's earnings missed estimates, offsetting pre-market gains from GE's robust quarterly results and the agreement on a new Greek rescue deal.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average slipped at the open after ending sharply higher in the previous session.

Here are six stocks that are on the move:

Kroger
The supermarket was upgraded to outperform from market perform at BMO Capital.

Ruby Tuesday
The restaurant was downgraded to underperform from neutral at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Nokia
The cellular firm was upgraded to sector perform from underperform at Scotia Capital.

Coach
The clothing and accessories company was downgraded to neutral from outperform at Cowen and Company. The firm say maintaining double-digit same-store sales growth may prove difficult due to the slow economic recovery.

Autodesk
The software designer was upgraded to buy from hold at Jefferies.

----------

SunPower
The solar company was downgraded to buy from Lazard Capital.
