Tech titans are circling around Hulu with Google , Microsoft , Yahoo! and Apple reportedly eyeing the streaming online content provider, CNBC's Scott Wapner reports. Would such an acquisition make sense for Apple, though?

WOTS NOW: GE or CAT?
Breaking down General Electric's earnings, with Jeff Sprague, Vertical Research Partners, and the Fast Money traders weigh in on Apple and Hulu, and trades to play today.

"It makes perfect sense [for Apple], but does it make sense for some of the others, as well, like Amazon ?" options trader Pete Najarian asked. "There's a lot of different, you know, mergers that you could put together with a Hulu that could make a lot of sense."

Najarian said people are wanting to know what Apple will do with its piles of cash. A Hulu acquisition comes up all the time and it's very "appetizing" to talk about, he said.

If Hulu is a potential takeover target, is its stock worth owning? No, Stuart Frankel's Steve Grasso said, adding he would rather stick with Apple because he thinks it's "best in breed." He bought AAPL at $160 a share and sold when it got to the $280 level.

IS AMD WORTH BUYING?

Shares of Advanced Micro Devices surged on Friday, as the chipmaker said it's picked up market share from rival Intel .

"AMD is one of those companies that always comes back from the dead," author Stephen Weiss said. "Unfortunately, it never lasts long."

The "Fast Money" trader would rather go with SanDisk , a Milpitas, Calif.-based company that's involved in Flash rather than microchips. There is a real dichotomy in tech right now, he added, noting that Western Digital did well while Seagate blew it.
