Cramer: Pier One Imports CEO
Mad Money's Cramer says PIR is one of the best performing stocks out there and talks with Alex Smith, Pier One Imports president/CEO about the company's earnings and its plans to open 100 new stores across the U.S.

Pier 1 Imports' shares gained 7,600 percent in less than three years, Cramer said, and he thinks the decorative home furnishings company not done going higher.

“Pier 1 is in the sweet spot thanks to the slow pace of the housing recovery,” Cramer said. “People are staying in their homes longer and updating their furnishings rather than moving.”

Plus, the company just spent four years restructuring and reinvigorating its brand.

Pier 1 also just reported an in-line quarter, with earnings coming in at 14 cents a share. So find out more about the quarter and what’s in store for the future, Cramer went one-on-one with President and CEO Alex Smith.
