Alpha Natural Resources : This stock is too low, Cramer said. He's bullish on this coal producer's stock.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Westar Energy : Cramer likes this stock's 4.9 percent dividend yield. He's a buyer.

Public Service Enterprises : The "Mad Money" host can get behind this stock.

Tesla Motors : Although many people Cramer speaks with think this is the company of the future, he still can't get behind the electric automaker's stock. It's just too risky.

Polypore International : This stock deserves to go higher, Cramer said.

Energy Transfer Partners : The yield on this stock is safe, Cramer said. He's sticking with ETP, but thinks Kinder Morgan Partners is a better gas play.

Citigroup : Cramer still can't get behind this financial institution's stock. Don't buy.

PerkinElmer : At this time, Cramer isn't interested in PKI.
