The magazine shoot began over the weekend after months of negotiations between the magazine and the former child star, sources said.

Meanwhile, her father, Michael Lohan, was arrested in Florida after police received a domestic violence call from his Tampa home.

Tampa police said Michael Lohan was arrested early Tuesday for battery on his live-in girlfriend. After being placed in custody, he complained of chest pains and was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital.

Police said he was released a short time later and taken to the Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail.

No further details were immediately available.
