Cramer Remains Bullish on Panera

The customer is always right, Cramer said Wednesday, and customers love Panera Bread.

The retail bakery-café operator is consistently rated the most popular casual quick-serve restaurant in America, the "Mad Money" host noted. It may come as no surprise, then, that the St. Louis-based company delivered strong earnings results after Tuesday's closing bell. Panera posted a 3-cent earnings beat off a 93-cent basis on stronger-than-expected earnings that rose by 21.8 percent year-over-year.

Cramer has long been behind PNRA, but after this standout quarter, he wanted to catch up with company executives. Watch the videoto see his interview with Ron Shaich, founder and executive chairman of Panera Bread.
