The Mover: Bank Of America (BAC) dropped 6%.

The Mover: Baker Hughes (BHI) dropped 7%.

The Mover: Interclick (ICLK) popped 21%.
Trader Comment: Yahoo announced plans to buy the company for for $270 million in cash, a 22 percent premium over Interclicks' closing price on Monday, says Jon Najarian.

The Mover: American Tower (AMT) popped 3%.
Trader Comment: I think this stock is expensive, says Karen Finerman.

The Mover: General Motors (GM) dropped 10%.
Trader Comment: Although the car maker posted an increase in US deliveries, the number was well below Street expectations, explains Mike Khouw.
