Friday, 9 Dec 2011 | 1:39 PM ET

Time to sort through the Fast Money in-box and answer more of your questions.

Here’s what you wanted to know!

@MARKYRUBIN

Q: What stocks are free (less likely) from the influence of "Quant" traders....i.e. market caps, ave volume, etc.?

A: Patty Edwards suggests dividend paying utility stocks.

“Look at something like a Con-Ed and/or Exeleon," she says. "Big dividend paying companies are not (currently) being flipped around."

@RANLANDO

Q: Is the good consumer sentiment number better for cons discretionary or cons staple stocks?

A: JJ Kinahan says it should benefit the consumer discretionary sector in the short term, however only the short-term.

“I think consumer discretionary, after the holiday season might suffer. For the long-term I'd play consumer staples stocks – ones that aren’t sexy.”

@PARKLANDTRADER

Q: Quietly $DF is at 3 month high...

A: “Yes, we are seeing Dean Foods trade near its 52-week high,” explains Steve Grasso. “It's part of a larger theme in the market; investors are buying what’s working and selling what’s not.”

For what it's worth, earlier in the broadcast Grasso said he didn’t see any reason for that trend to change.

Q: Thoughts on S&P valuations?

A: Patty Edwards is looking at 12.6 times earnings as a target for S&P valuations going forward.

“Unfortunately, I think we see earnings come down, so I think there’s a little more pain to come. And I expect interest rates to come down.”
