Honeywell CEO's 2012 Outlook
We want the highest oil price the economy can stand, says David Cote, Honeywell chairman & CEO. "We try to be in everything because you can't predict how things are going to go," he tells Mad Money host Jim Cramer.

Honeywell is one of the best run businesses on the planet, “Mad Money” host Jim Cramer said Thursday.

“I believe Honeywell can weather a harsh European storm because it benefits from multiple big picture secular trends ... from the booming aerospace cycle to the need to contain energy costs … as well as safety and security,” he said.

Thursday, HON issued in-line sales and earnings guidance for 2012 despite predicting a more challenging macroeconomic backdrop. It also reaffirmed its full-year forecast for 2011.

Cramer also likes the fact that the company raised its dividend in October, bringing the yield up to 2.8 percent.

He sat down with Chairman and CEO David Cote to find out more about Honeywell’s future. To see the full interview, watch the video.
