Amid a busy week going into the holidays, "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer said he plans to monitor five earnings reports and an investor conference on Tuesday. The following details his "Game Plan."
To start, Cramer will monitor an earnings conference call from Carnival before the opening bell. He thinks this cruise ship operator is a great measure of consumer confidence being as cruises is discretionary spending.
General Mills will also report on Tuesday morning. The Minneapolis-based food company recently raised its dividend, so Cramer expects its quarter will be inline with expectations.
After the closing bell, Jabil Circuit will deliver earnings. Cramer thinks this contract manufacturer is one of the most consistent companies in the technology and health care sectors. So many businesses outsource to this company, saving clients lots of money on manufacturing costs. That said, he thinks Jabil will beat expectations yet again.
Sports apparel maker Nike is also scheduled to announce its earnings results after the close. This is a very consistent company that also happened to recently raise its dividend, so Cramer thinks its quarter will be just fine.
Cramer will also look for earnings results from Paychex , a payroll processing company, after the close.
CVS Caremark will hold its investor and analyst day on Tuesday.
Cramer thinks the drug store operator will beat up on rival Walgreen , which is currently fighting with pharmacy benefit management company Express Scripts .
